Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting or related law firm experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics and feedback for lateral partner candidates.
• Process submissions and introductions of candidates with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare candidate materials, interview memoranda and due diligence for interviews.
• Maintain updates in the applicant tracking system and ensure document management.
• Provide operational support for recruiting processes across Latham offices.
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential information.
