Job summary

AvMed, a division of Sentara Health, seeks a Large Group Sales Executive to drive growth in Florida’s commercial employer market. Lead complex opportunities, manage broker relationships, and sell employer-sponsored health plans across Tampa, Orlando, Central Florida and North Florida.

You will build partnerships with brokers, consultants and HR leaders, guide RFPs and ITNs, and negotiate plans within guidelines. Must have Florida license and 7+ years of healthcare sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required, or HS diploma with 11 years related experience.
• Experience in healthcare sales to commercial employer groups.
• Strong broker and consultant relationships preferred.
