Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience or HS grad and 11 years related experience.
• Must obtain a Florida 2-40 Health Insurance License within 90 days of hire or the broader 2-15 Health & Life License.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business Growth by targeting employer groups with 51+ employees.
• Cultivate broker/consultant relationships to drive profitable new business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Lead complex sales opportunities including RFPs and ITNs.
• Present solutions to executives and HR leaders and negotiate terms.
