AvMed, a division of Sentara Health, seeks an experienced Large Group Sales Executive to grow commercial health insurance sales across Tampa, Orlando, Central Florida and North Florida. You will drive new business, nurture broker relationships, and lead complex deals from proposal to close.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and 7 years of related experience, plus Florida health license within 90 days. Outstanding networking and strategic selling skills are essential in this market.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience; Florida 2-40 or 2-15 license within 90 days.
• Commercial employer group sales experience in Florida required.
• Must obtain Florida health insurance license within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Drive New Business Growth by developing a territory strategy and cultivating brokers, consultants, and employer decisionmakers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including proposals and pricing negotiations.
• Lead complex sales opportunities, coordinate with underwriting and implementation teams, and present to executives.
• Represent AvMed at industry events and monitor market trends and competitive activity.
