Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years healthcare sales experience.
• Commercial employer group sales experience required.
• Proven track record selling through brokers and consultants.
• Experience managing RFPs, ITNs, negotiations, and implementations.
• Must obtain Florida 2-40 Health Insurance License within 90 days or Florida 2-15 License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategy focused on employer groups with 51+ employees.
• Cultivate broker, consultant, and employer relationships to drive new business.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through close and implementation.
• Lead complex opportunities with underwriting, client management, and operations teams.
• Represent AvMed at industry events and maintain strong broker visibility in Florida.
