AvMed, a division of Sentara Health, seeks a Large Group Sales Executive to drive Florida commercial employer market growth across Tampa, Orlando, Central & North Florida. You will build broker relationships, manage RFPs/ITNs, and guide opportunities from prospecting to close.

This role requires 7+ years in healthcare sales, strong Florida market knowledge, and a Florida 2-40 or 2-15 license within 90 days. Competitive base pay with strong benefits. On-site in Doral, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience (required) or HS grad with 11 years related experience.
• Must obtain a Florida 2-40 Health Insurance License within 90 days or the 2-15 Life & Health License.
• Minimum 7 years of healthcare sales experience with commercial employer group focus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on employer groups with 51+ eligible employees.
• Cultivate broker, consultant, and decisionmaker relationships to drive new business.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including RFPs/ITNs.
• Collaborate with underwriting, implementation, client management, and operations to tailor solutions.
• Represent AvMed at industry events and maintain visibility in the Florida broker community.
