AvMed, a division of Sentara Health, is hiring a Large Group Sales Executive to lead growth in Florida’s commercial employer market. You will manage broker relationships, close complex opportunities, and guide employers to high-quality healthcare solutions across Tampa, Orlando, Central Florida and North Florida.

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare sales, broker-channel experience, and Florida licensure within 90 days. A strong track record in RFPs and negotiations is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Experience selling to employer groups through brokers and consultants.
• Proven ability to manage RFPs, ITNs, and negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of Florida health insurance marketplace and trends.

Mansioni

• Drive new business growth within Tampa, Orlando, Central Florida & North Florida.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans targeting 51+ employee groups.
• Cultivate broker and consultant relationships to close opportunities.
• Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to implementation and close.
• Represent AvMed at industry events and monitor market trends.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree and 7 years related experience

HS grad and 11 years related experience

L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 90 days

Florida 2-40 Health Insurance License within 90 days
