Job summary

Kapnick-Insurance-Group in Maumee, OH, seeks an Employee Benefits Account Manager for Large Group to lead implementation through renewal, manage renewals, and elevate service with our signature dinner-table experience.

You will nurture relationships with large group clients, guide them through fully insured and self-funded plans, coordinate with internal teams, and drive proactive, process-driven solutions to ensure client success and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Life & Health License required.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office).
• 3–5 years' experience in group benefits or related field.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with large group clients.
• Guide clients through fully insured and self-funded plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proactive service.
• Lead open enrollment and renewal activities.
• Coordinate with carriers and TPAs to implement client benefit strategies.
