Franco Landscaping Inc. in Brownsburg, IN is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Sales & Account Manager to be the main contact for maintenance clients, developing new business and coordinating with the production team to meet client expectations. This is a full-time, in-person role with seasonal snow obligations.

The role blends office work and field visits (about 60% office, 40% on-site). You’ll prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts, manage renewals, and help grow the maintenance division.

Qualifications

• Three years of combined landscape maintenance production and sales experience.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance services, estimating, scheduling, and field operations.
• Experience in sales, customer service, and coordinating multiple people or crews.
• Strong written communication, practical math, and computer skills.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
• Availability for winter snow events, including overnight work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial maintenance clients.
• Meet prospective clients on-site, assess their needs, and prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Recommend appropriate maintenance services and enhancements to existing clients.
• Coordinate with office staff, the Production Manager, and field crews on schedules and service delivery.
• Visit job sites regularly, document observations, and help resolve quality or service concerns.
• Communicate project expectations and updates clearly to clients and crews.
• Review job costs, billing details, and account information for accuracy.
• Sell and renew snow removal contracts and assist with winter operations.
