Job summary

Wasson Nursery in Fishers, IN seeks a Landscape Account Manager to oversee a high-value client portfolio with year-round maintenance, improvements, and strong client relations. You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, driving performance and profitability.

The role involves field visits, proposals, budgeting, and collaboration with teams to ensure exceptional service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of account management, sales, landscape management, or related experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities.
• Strong understanding of landscape maintenance, horticulture, and customer service standards.
• Experience growing accounts through upselling, renewals, and service expansion.
• Comfortable in both office and field environments.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Manage high-value landscape maintenance accounts from contract through completion.
• Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and new business.
• Regularly visit customer properties and monitor landscape quality and maintenance progress.
