Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC seeks a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager in IL (Lake Bluff) to be the primary liaison for maintenance clients, nurturing relationships from initial sale through ongoing weekly service. You will drive new business and increase department revenue by delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include meeting clients, presenting maintenance plans, coordinating with production, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience, preferably in the landscape industry.
• Knowledge of landscape terminology, plant materials, and installation techniques.
• Experience as Client Representative, Production Coordinator, or Crew Leader preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and drive maintenance sales.
• Attend client presentations and site visits.
• Coordinate with admin, production, and crew to deliver service.
• Prepare proposals and renewals; monitor billing and accounts receivable.
