The Grounds Guys is hiring an Executive Accounts Manager to drive revenue growth through client-focused enhancements and projects. You will own the primary customer-facing leadership for key accounts and collaborate with operations leadership to ensure seamless delivery from sold work to execution.

You will lead the client relationship and the sales motion, working closely with operations to ensure delivery excellence and a smooth handoff from sales to delivery.

Formación

• Proven experience in sales and account management in landscaping, grounds maintenance or property services.
• Strong horticulture knowledge enabling property assessment and solution recommendation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with effective time management and planning.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
