The Grounds Guys of Atlanta is seeking an Executive Landscape Accounts Manager to own revenue growth through enhancements and projects, and to protect retention through proactive client management. This role is the primary customer-facing leader for key accounts and will build the sales and customer-facing operating system.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and account management in landscaping or related fields.
• Strong horticulture knowledge with ability to inspect properties and suggest solutions.
• Ability to build trust with premium homeowners and manage escalations professionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication for proposals and updates.
• Highly organized with ability to run multiple accounts and opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Own customer relationships for key accounts, including introductions and escalations.
• Run a proactive client retention system.
• Own maintenance renewals.
• Lead enhancements and project sales pipeline: discovery, proposals, follow-ups, closing.
• Build and run a referral engine.
• Create and maintain sales SOPs, templates, and standards.
• Ensure documentation keeps sold work aligned with operations.
• Help create new business verticals.
• Partner with the operations manager for a clean handoff and strong customer experience.
