Job summary

Apex Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Client Representative-Account Manager to support sales goals and maintain strong client relations. The role focuses on expanding existing accounts, creating tailored proposals, and traveling as needed to meet targets.

Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, coordinating with the Construction Supervisor, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and project oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Account management experience in landscaping industry required.
• Horticultural knowledge preferred.
• Pre‑employment drug test required.
• Must communicate in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops maximum sales potential within assigned territory using company products and services.
• Builds and maintains quality relations with existing accounts and expands the customer base.
• Contacts customers by phone, mail, or in person to set up appointments and meet sales goals.
• Reevaluate strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Create customized proposals to meet client requirements efficiently.
• Stay informed about market and product updates to offer current solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain organized account files.
