Job summary

BrightView in Elmhurst, IL is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, overseeing field operations and ensuring service delivery meets expectations.

You will identify opportunities to sell ancillary services, develop estimates, deliver proposals, and lead client communications while coaching field crews and collaborating with the Branch Manager to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage site walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
