This employee-owned engineering and consulting firm is seeking a senior leader to guide the Land Development team in Charlotte, overseeing projects from start to finish and ensuring budget and schedule adherence. The role focuses on expanding client relationships with municipalities, developers, and regulatory agencies while growing the Southeast market.

A PE license and 10+ years of land development experience are required, with strong leadership and business development skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active PE license required.
• 10+ years of land development experience.
• Proven leadership of residential, commercial, office and industrial projects.
• Established local relationships with developers, architects, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong leadership, business development, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and provide vision for the Land Development team in Charlotte.
• Manage projects from start to finish, keeping them on budget and schedule.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, municipalities, and agencies.
• Grow the Southeast market with firm leadership.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the regional team.
• Represent the firm at business development events and client meetings.
