Job summary

• North Carolina PE license or ability to obtain quickly.

Lead your own land development group and shape how it grows.

This is a Group Manager role in Charlotte, one of the busiest development markets on the East Coast. You'll run a sizeable team of engineers, designers and project managers, stay close to delivery on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, and play a big part in winning new work across the region.

You'll be trusted to set the direction for your group rather than just manage a workload, with the backing of senior leaders who want land development in the Carolinas to grow. And with a multidisciplinary platform behind you, you can go after bigger and more complex projects than a standalone land dev firm could.
