Qualifications

• Land Development experience in the local market.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development due diligence and entitlement activities for large master planned communities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and grow the LJA Land Development presence.
• Meet with clients for business development purposes.
• Represent LJA at events, seminars, and workshops after hours.
• Provide technical advice and act as subject matter expert.
• Offer expertise in collaborative delivery methodologies to clients.
• Create and improve internal processes for delivering projects.
