Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Labor Relations Business Partner to support enterprise-wide labor relations and advance labor strategy initiatives in a unionized environment. You will serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership and operations executives, guiding negotiations, contract administration, and workforce planning.

In this role, you will oversee labor analytics, provide executive-level recommendations, and interact with union leadership, external counsel, and regulators as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR/Labor Relations or related field; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR and Labor Relations experience in a unionized environment.
• Experience leading collective bargaining, contract administration, and labor strategy initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and sensitive employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide labor relations and labor strategy initiatives aligned with Caesars objectives.
• Leads collective bargaining strategy, contract administration, and negotiation guidance.
• Provides guidance during contract negotiations and interpretations for leadership.
• Oversees labor relations analytics, reporting, and workforce data interpretation.
• Partners with HR, operations leadership, unions, and external counsel to resolve complex issues.
• Represents Caesars in interactions with unions, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
