Job summary

Caesars Entertainment seeks a Labor Relations Business Partner to advance enterprise-wide labor strategy and support HR leadership across a unionized environment. You will guide negotiations, contract interpretation, and workforce planning while mitigating labor risk.

Interacting with union leadership, outside counsel, and government agencies, you will influence executive decision-making and ensure compliant, effective labor relations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, or related field required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR and Labor Relations in a unionized environment.
• Experience leading collective bargaining negotiations and labor strategy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide labor relations and strategy initiatives.
• Provides strategic consultation to senior HR and operational leadership on labor matters.
• Oversees labor relations analytics, contract administration, and compliance.
• Represents the company in union interactions and government agency engagements.
• Monitors labor law developments and advises on proactive strategies.
