Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a Labor Relations Business Partner to support Enterprise-wide labor relations and advance labor strategy initiatives within a unionized environment. You will act as a strategic partner to Human Resources leadership, operations executives, and senior management, guiding negotiations and workforce planning to strengthen labor-management relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver labor relations training and guidance for leadership.
• Review contract revisions and communicate implications to stakeholders.
• Provide strategic consultation to HR and operations on labor matters.
• Oversee labor-relations analytics and reporting for executives.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to labor agreements and workforce planning.
