Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an experienced Labor Relations professional to guide CBA interpretation, negotiations, and compliance across unionized facilities in the U.S. You will partner with operations and leadership to optimize staffing, conduct wage analyses, and manage grievances to support contract negotiations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of HR or operations experience with strong labor relations exposure, exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or Operations with significant labor relations exposure.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on CBA interpretation, administration and compliance.
• Support and lead collective bargaining negotiations and strategy development.
• Manage grievance processes for assigned CBAs, including investigations and settlements.
• Advise on employee relations matters including discipline, accommodations, and contract issues.
• Administer union compliance activities and collaborate on benefits with Corporate Benefits.
• Work with operations leadership to optimize staffing and training in unionized facilities.
• Conduct wage market analyses and labor cost modeling to support negotiations.
