Confidential Company in Lexington, KY is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR team, develop and implement HR policies, and drive compliance across locations. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to workforce relations.

The person will oversee recruitment, training, orientation, background checks, and employee relations initiatives, while partnering with management to align HR practices with business goals and labor agreements.

Formación

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Union/CBA experience is required
• Labor relations or employee relations experience is required

Responsabilidades

• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
• Leads recruitment and staffing; collaborates with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Conducts new hire orientation in collaboration with other departments.
• Performs background checks and employee eligibility verifications and reviews results.
• Designs and implements an enterprise-wide employee relations framework that promotes fairness, accountability, and consistency.
• Serves as liaison between management and union representatives; develops proactive labor relations strategies.
• Interprets and administers CBAs to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Performs HR programs administration including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance and talent management, morale, and health and safety.
