Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Traditional Labor Associate to advise employers on labor relations, represent management in NLRB elections, and negotiate collective bargaining agreements. The role requires 5+ years of labor law experience and Nebraska Bar admission, with travel as needed.

You'll work on grievances, arbitration, and training, ensuring compliance with NLRA and federal/state enforcement. JD from ABA-accredited school preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of traditional labor law experience.
• Nebraska Bar Admission required.
• Understanding of state and federal agency enforcement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Handle unfair labor practice charges at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
• Research and write on management labor relations.
• Represent management in NLRB elections.
• Advise employers on union organizing and corporate campaigns.
• Negotiate and advise on collective bargaining agreements.
• Manage grievance and arbitration proceedings.
• Obtain mass picketing injunctions.
• Provide legal advice on protected concerted activity under the NLRA.
• Conduct management training on labor relations.
• Advise on union work stoppage situations.
