Key duties include advising employers on labor relations strategy, administering grievances and arbitrations, and managing union organizing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 7+ years of experience in labor management relations.
• Experience with collective bargaining and labor arbitrations.
• Strong writing, analytical, and client counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise employers on labor relations strategy and bargaining.
• Administer grievances and handle labor arbitrations.
• Manage union organizing campaigns and provide employment counseling.
• Represent employers before the National Labor Relations Board.
• Address labor issues in mergers and corporate transactions.
