BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Traditional Labor Law Associate for its San Diego, CA office. You will represent employers in traditional labor matters and advise on federal and California workplace laws, with potential involvement in due diligence for acquisitions and mergers.

Responsibilities include handling NLRB charges, elections, and advising on union organizing, wage-hour issues, and governance. The role requires a JD and 4–6 years of experience in labor law or related

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• May include regular business travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle traditional labor matters for employers.
• Advise on federal and California wage and hour issues.
• Represent management in NLRB elections and investigations.
• Counsel on union organizing and corporate campaigns.
• Negotiate and advise on collective bargaining agreements.
• Review handbooks and policies for compliance.
• Provide training on labor relations and workplace issues.
