Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• May include regular business travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle management labor relations matters including unfair labor practices.
• Represent management in NLRB elections.
• Provide legal advice on union organizing and neutrality agreements.
• Negotiate and advise on collective bargaining agreements.
• Conduct management training on labor relations.
• Travel as needed.
• Occasional California workplace law advice as needed.
