Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four years of HR professional experience related to employee relations and bargaining.
• Associate’s Degree plus two years of HR experience acceptable.
• Experience interpreting or applying collective bargaining agreements.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of state labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsabilités

• Support Director in personnel matters including CBA interpretation and grievance processing.
• Gather documentation, prepare files, and coordinate communications with unions, employees, and supervisors.
• Advise managers on performance expectations and appropriate actions for underperformance.
• Maintain labor relations databases and coordinate negotiation logistics.
• Draft and format proposals, minutes, and memoranda for bargaining.
• Archive contracts, proposals, and tentative agreements for compliance and access.
• Support evaluation schedules in HR platforms and generate reports.
• Prepare confidential materials and manage sensitive records.
