Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in HR/OD/Training or related discipline.
10+ years progressive experience in corporate HR.
Ability to organize, plan, schedule, and coordinate work to meet milestones.
Ability to quickly understand new concepts and apply them in evolving environments.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary talent liaison for assigned business units and build trusted relationships with leaders.
Support organizational design and development aligned to strategy and operating needs.
Lead leadership development, succession planning, and talent reviews.
Shape enterprise-wide talent initiatives including performance management and engagement surveys.
Develop rollout strategies with communications, training, and change management.
Collaborate with HR, Enterprise Learning, HRIS, and stakeholders to ensure adoption and measure effectiveness.
