Job summary

General Atomics in San Diego, CA, seeks a Director of Learning & Organizational Development to lead enterprise talent solutions and partner with executive management on strategic objectives.

The role focuses on talent management, culture, change leadership and driving learning programs, with in-office presence required at Torrey Pines Poway locations and collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline; 15+ years HR experience or 11+ years with master's.
• At least 9 years leading an OD/Training organization or similar.
• Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in a multinational organization.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent program/project management and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent management processes including goal setting, performance management, and talent planning.
• Oversee development and deployment of internal training and learning programs.
• Provide coaching and organizational development services to support initiatives.
• Manage Learning Management System and design leadership programs.
• Drive culture initiatives and engagement strategies enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HRBP Organization.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and guide change initiatives.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion in programs and stakeholder alignment.

Education
