Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks an Organizational Development Principal to drive leadership development, succession planning and enterprise-wide change initiatives. You will partner with HR and senior leaders to design and implement development programs that enhance performance.

The role requires 8+ years in OD/HR, strong consulting and stakeholder management, and proficiency with AI-enabled data analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in OD/HR space.
Experience in large, complex or matrixed organizations with employees geographically dispersed.
Works independently under general supervision.
Experience with using AI in data analysis, idea generation and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead assessments, analyze data sets and create engaging development programs.
Co-design and co-facilitate leadership and alignment sessions, workshops and sessions in-person, hybrid and virtual.
Design and implement programs that build organizational capabilities aligned with strategic imperatives.
Partner with OD team members, HR, leadership and other stakeholders to ensure programs meet business objectives.
