Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in HR or related field; 10+ years in corporate HR.
• Experience supporting HR initiatives globally and across regions with compliance to international labor laws.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills; ability to document, report and present findings to senior audiences.
• Confidentiality, project management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to leaders and employees across multiple international regions.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and organizational change.
• Lead or contribute to global HR initiatives including policy development, change management, and culture-building programs.
• Facilitate talent development sessions and develop training on HR topics for client groups.
• Conduct salary analyses and participate in merit, bonus, and compensation processes.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and leaders to interview and select candidates and ensure organizational equity.
• Utilize data analytics tools to present actionable HR insights.
