Inland Empire Health Plan seeks a Director of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness to translate business priorities into enterprise-wide strategies. You will lead learning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives in partnership with executive leadership and HR partners.

This hybrid role is based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, reporting to the Chief People Officer. The position emphasizes building a future-ready workforce, fostering leadership excellence, and

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or HR Management.
• At least four years in a leadership role in OD/HR or Talent Development.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• SHRM-SCP/SPHR, ICF coaching, Hogan/MBTI certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for enterprise-wide Learning & Development and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives.
• Lead L&D Partners serving as primary consultants to assigned business areas.
• Oversee design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership, professional, technical, and enterprise learning solutions.
• Develop and govern talent development processes including assessments, succession planning, and development planning.
• Establish and maintain learning architecture, governance, and analytics to measure impact.
