Job summary

Stanley/Stella is seeking a Learning & Development Lead to shape the company's learning strategy and drive the Stanley/Stella Academy. You will design scalable learning journeys, oversee digital learning platforms, and partner with business leaders to translate priorities into capability development across a multinational organisation.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in L&D, leadership development, and learning technology, with a track record of building academies and measuring

Qualifications

• University degree in related field required.
• 7+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience designing learning strategies and programmes.
• Experience building academies or capability frameworks.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning.
• Experience with LMS and digital solutions.
• Ability to translate priorities into learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement learning strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead Stanley/Stella Academy design, deployment and evolution.
• Develop scalable learning journeys and development pathways.
• Oversee LMS optimization and user experience.
• Partner with leaders to design solutions for commercial growth.
• Build a network of internal facilitators and measure impact.
• Manage budget, KPIs and learning ROI.
