RMantra Solutions is seeking a Knowledge Manager to orchestrate, optimize, and secure the flow of information across our enterprise and defense-focused environments. The role consolidates Knowledge Management, Records Management, SharePoint Administration, and Task Tracking with strategic leadership.

You will design data architectures, automate business processes, write SOPs, and curate training programs to build a resilient knowledge-sharing framework across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Knowledge Management, SharePoint Administration, or Technical Operations for federal/defense programs.
• Experience creating SOPs and training materials.
• Ability to design data architectures and automate business processes.
• Preferred: Sec+, CKM, project/task management, briefing, leadership, and Records Management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead knowledge strategy and training initiatives across cross-functional groups.
• Oversee SharePoint Online, Teams, and Planner platform administration and data lifecycle.
• Establish file retention schedules and compliant data dispositions.
• Drive task management and milestone tracking for critical deliverables.
• Translate complex engineering capabilities into repeatable SOPs and reference guides.
