Job summary

3500 Square, LLC is seeking an IT Knowledge Manager to ensure effective documentation, collaboration, and information governance across enterprise IT environments. You will maintain structured, version-controlled content in SharePoint and other platforms while supporting multiple stakeholders and aligning with DoD standards.

The role involves managing a centralized SKMS, promoting collaboration among SMEs and leadership, and contributing to change management reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise knowledge management in a federal IT environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with DoD governance, ITIL processes, or KM frameworks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update SharePoint portals with version control and access management.
• Support ESA-BAD, PEO, and IOD teams with document creation and lifecycle maintenance.
• Create and maintain SOPs, OLAs, MOAs/MOUs, EXSUMs, policies and governance artifacts.
• Participate in knowledge management process improvements aligned with DoD and ITIL standards.
• Perform technical editing and formatting for clarity and consistency with templates and style guides.
• Use Microsoft Office tools and desktop publishing software for professional documentation and diagrams.
• Manage a centralized Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS) with controlled versioning.
• Promote collaboration among SMEs, engineers, leadership, and support teams.
• Contribute to change management awareness via DHA J6 Report of the Day.
• Establish and enforce document lifecycle procedures, metadata standards, and publication workflows.
