Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Sr. Knowledge Manager for a Federal Government client at MacDill AFB, Florida. The role leads knowledge management design, implementation, and operations to improve data operations and information sharing.

Responsibilities include managing AD and email lists, designing KM platforms (SharePoint, wikis, intranets), developing taxonomy, and training staff. Active TS/SCI clearance and CI poly eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of knowledge management experience with MS tools in last 5 years
• Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys
• Analytic leadership and expertise in analytic production methodologies
• Experience providing strategic advice to policymakers
• Design and maintain centralized repository of information
• Identify and codify best practices and lessons learned

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge management systems design, implementation, and optimization to enhance data operations
• Support creation, testing, migration, documentation, maintenance, and daily operation of customer records and data management
• Develop and execute KM strategy, coordinate resources and manage hardware/software requirements
• Manage email distribution lists and Active Directory
• Design, implement, and administer KM platforms (SharePoint, wikis, intranets, databases)
• Develop information architecture and taxonomy for logical, searchable content
• Oversee content lifecycle: review, update, archive/delete
• Train and onboard employees on KM tools and processes
• Champion knowledge-sharing culture across departments
• Analyze user feedback and analytics to improve user experience and guide KM development
