Job summary

Bravura, Inc. seeks a Senior Knowledge Manager to oversee processes and tools that identify, document, and give access to organizational intellectual capital. You will manage knowledge assets, build access paths for end-users, and lead efforts to promote knowledge sharing across teams.

You will design and maintain knowledge management frameworks, assess end-user needs, monitor usage, and deliver projects. Role requires DoD-level understanding and relevant certifications or training.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or Software Engineering.
• Alternative qualification: completion of DoD WarU DCWF 431 Knowledge Manager - Advanced Playlist.
• Active certifications: CISSP-ISSAP; CISSP-ISSEP; GCIA; or GICSP.

Responsibilities

• Manage indexing/cataloguing, storage, and access of explicit organizational knowledge.
• Construct access paths to information suites to facilitate end-user access.
• Lead efforts to promote knowledge management and information sharing across the organization.
• Design, build, and maintain a knowledge management framework for end-user access to intellectual capital.
• Develop understanding of end-user needs and requirements for information access.
• Monitor and report usage of knowledge assets and resources.
• Plan and manage knowledge management projects and knowledge-sharing processes.
• Provide recommendations on data structures and databases for reports and management information.
• Support MS 365 SharePoint design, development, and access controls across networks.
• Support AFPIMS web content; ensure accuracy, up-to-date content, and removal of outdated links.
