Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance, willingness for CI Poly.
12+ years in knowledge management with Microsoft tools in last 5 years.
Bachelor’s degree in information management or related field.
Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys.
Analytic leadership and expertise in analytic production methodologies.
Provide strategic advice and technical guidance to policymakers.
Design and maintain a centralized information repository.
Identify and codify best practices and lessons learned.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain email distribution lists.
Manage Active Directory.
Design, implement, and administer KM platforms (SharePoint, wikis, intranets, databases).
Develop information architecture and taxonomy for searchable content.
Oversee content lifecycle and archiving.
Train and onboard employees on KM tools.
Advocate for knowledge-sharing across departments.
Analyze user feedback and analytics to improve KM developments.
