RMantra Solutions is seeking a SharePoint Knowledge & Records Manager for on-site work in Rosslyn, VA. The role centers on building and governing a knowledge management ecosystem, auditing accessibility, and establishing data governance and lifecycle compliance.

You will implement automated workflows, leverage AI tools, and develop training and dashboards for executive visibility. Qualified candidates have 5+ years of knowledge management experience, active CKM and DoD TS/SCI clearance, and

Qualifications

5+ years delivering knowledge management impact using concepts, frameworks, and tools.
Active CKM credential and DoD TS/SCI clearance are required.
Active CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
Experience administering SharePoint and managing Teams with complex libraries and permissions.

Responsabilités

Develop knowledge strategy, policies, and procedures in coordination with Government leadership.
Administer SharePoint and Teams, audit libraries, metadata, and permissions.
Design workflows and integrate AI tools to streamline information gathering and tracking.
Govern records lifecycle, retention, and naming conventions; oversee data dispositions.
Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base for defects, root causes, and resolutions.
Develop end-user training materials and support portal for service requests and incidents.
Produce executive dashboards and metrics on operational activities and system issues.
Monitor SLA compliance, implement improvements, and document workarounds.
