Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a senior Knowledge Manager to drive enterprise knowledge management, shaping critical processes and data workflows across the organization. You will enable analysts to search, store, retrieve, and disseminate information efficiently while coordinating with KM teams and stakeholders.

The role involves maintaining requirements docs, developing use cases and data models, and drafting operating instructions for command-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with poly preferred.
• Experience shaping enterprise knowledge management efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop information system requirements supporting mission objectives and standards.
• Capture, refine, and update user and functional system requirements.
• Support development of logical data models from functional requirements.
• Create use cases for new applications and assess data flows and hardware/software needs.
• Interface with users to define problems, assess data availability, and resolve issues.
• Work independently as part of a Knowledge Management team.
• Coordinate KM meetings, working groups, and activities.
• Maintain requirements documentation across data repositories.
• Draft and maintain Operating Instructions for command-wide programs.
