Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC is seeking a Knowledge Manager Trainer/Analyst to support the development, execution, assessment, and continuous improvement of the NGB enterprise Knowledge Management Program. The Analyst connects KM governance, knowledge architecture, content lifecycle, knowledge capture, training, organizational learning, stakeholder coordination, and decision-support activities.

Qualifications

At least five years applying enterprise Knowledge Management principles.
Experience with KM governance structures, maturity assessments, and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
Experience delivering KM training or curriculum using LMS platforms and ADDPI lifecycle.
Proficiency with SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365 for content management.
Secret security clearance or ability to satisfy security requirements.

Responsibilities

Support KM program management, governance forums, and enterprise coordination per KM doctrine.
Analyze knowledge flows, gaps, architectures, and recommend improvements.
Maintain knowledge products and taxonomy, metadata, and lifecycle rules.
Facilitate knowledge capture via interviews, reviews, and workshops; convert tacit knowledge to reusable assets.
Develop knowledge maps, flow diagrams, expert directories, SIPOC, RACI/VENN models, and visualizations.
Oversee content lifecycle: ingestion, validation, publication, versioning, review, and archival.
Lead KM maturity assessments; provide corrective guidance and maturity-model enhancements.
Create KM performance metrics, dashboards, trackers, and program health indicators.
Draft monthly/quarterly/annual reports and leadership briefings.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with KM objectives and governance.
