Comprehensive Power, Inc. in Tampa, FL, seeks a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist to support the Enterprise Knowledge Management program at MacDill AFB.

The role anchors KM strategy, governance, and tradecraft, advising KMOs and ensuring enterprise standards across the HQ, TSOCs, and components. The candidate will drive knowledge capture and transfer, author governance frameworks, and align KM with M365, Power Platform, and custom multi-stack solutions while maintaining RM policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified in the qualifications.
• Eight (8) years KM experience, including 5+ years with DoW/DoD/IC contexts.
• Experience developing KM policy, governance frameworks, taxonomies, and metadata standards.
• Experience with MS SharePoint and the M365 suite as KM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advise Government Knowledge Management Officers on KM strategy and optimization.
• Write and maintain policy documents, governance frameworks, standards, and procedures.
• Lead tacit and explicit knowledge capture using approved methods and reviews.
• Perform site-assisted visits to evaluate KM programs against maturity models.
• Establish and enforce enterprise taxonomy, metadata, naming conventions, and lifecycle practices.
• Serve as strategic adviser on M365, Power Platform, and custom applications.
• Advise on emerging technologies (Generative AI, Copilot) to improve workflows.
• Review proposed solutions for taxonomy, metadata, and RM policy conformance.
• Evaluate configurations for enterprise search, indexing, and navigation.
• Lead KM planning using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
