Job summary

Prescient Edge in Linthicum, MD seeks a Sr. Knowledge Manager to design and implement Knowledge Management solutions, focusing on SharePoint process improvements for a federal government client, with emphasis on governance and security.

You will develop SOPs per Army guidelines, lead KM governance meetings, produce position papers and summaries, and drive knowledge sharing through surveys, interviews, and engineered workflows within SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Security Plus certification required and MS55033 training completed.
• Experience with Knowledge Management and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with governance models and SOP development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SharePoint process improvements.
• Develop KM SOPs per Army FM 6-01.1.
• Publish KM meeting minutes and distribute to Government.
• Conduct surveys and interviews to improve KM knowledge sharing.
• Create governance plans and custom workflows in SharePoint.
• Provide status updates on tasks and risks.
