Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Sr. Knowledge Management Systems Development Support (Knowledge Manager) to support a federal government client in Fort Meade, MD. You will design and implement KM solutions, including SharePoint process improvements, SOPs, governance models, and KM workflows.

The role requires Security Plus certification, expertise in KM governance, and the ability to facilitate KMWG meetings with government personnel. Strong collaboration with the COR/KO is essential.

Qualifications

• Security Plus certification required.
• Experience designing and implementing SharePoint process improvements.
• Producing KM SOPs per Army FM 6-01.1 and governance model.
• Ability to facilitate KM Working Group meetings and capture actions.

Responsibilities

• Recommend KM system development and implement SharePoint-based process improvements.
• Create KM SOPs and governance structures for the organization.
• Develop position papers and analysis of current SOP effectiveness.
• Facilitate KMWG meetings and drive participant engagement.
• Publish meeting minutes and distribute to government personnel.
