Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Knowledge Manager to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise KM systems at HQ USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL. You will drive data operations, architecture, and taxonomy while ensuring compliant knowledge-sharing practices across departments.

The role requires steering email lists, Active Directory, and KM platforms (SharePoint, intranets) with a focus on ongoing training and governance. A TS/SCI clearance with CI poly eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading knowledge management systems and KM strategy.
• Ability to design centralized information repositories.
• Experience with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Outlook) in last 5 years.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance to policymakers.
• Strong documentation and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain email distribution lists.
• Manage Active Directory.
• Design, implement, and administer knowledge management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, wikis, intranets, databases).
• Develop and manage information architecture and taxonomy.
• Oversee content lifecycle and archiving.
• Train and onboard employees on KM tools and processes.
• Champion knowledge-sharing culture across departments.
• Analyze user feedback and platform analytics to improve KM.
