Qualifications

• CKM certification plus at least eight years of enterprise KM experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience applying enterprise KM principles and governance support.
• Proven ability to develop KM governance, maturity assessments, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience delivering KM training and curriculum via LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall contract performance and act as Contract Manager with authority on daily matters.
• Lead KM program management according to CNGBI 5002.01 and NGB KM methods.
• Develop and publish KM manuals and strategic plans.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual KM reporting suites and maintain quality standards.
• Support KM governance meetings with agendas, minutes, action logs, and briefings.
• Deliver decision-support and situational-awareness products for leadership.
