Job summary

INTECON seeks a KM Training Specialist to build an enterprise-wide Knowledge Management culture for the National Guard Bureau. The role focuses on delivering KM training, content development, and Communities of Practice across the NGE and 54 states and DC.

The position requires five+ years in KM, LMS experience, and a US Army KM Qualification (KMQC), with on-site duties at Arlington, VA. Travel to states is expected.

Qualifications

• Five+ years applying enterprise KM principles with KM training focus.
• Experience delivering curricula via LMS and governing KM programs.
• US Army KM Qualification Course (KMQC) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct four KMRCs annually and align content with KM doctrine and standards.
• Design, deliver, and maintain KM training materials and job aids.
• Establish and lead a KM Community of Practice for ongoing learning.
• Publish materials to KM repository with proper metadata and version control.
• Coordinate logistics for on-site, virtual, and hybrid courses.
