Job summary

Mercury seeks a Knowledge & Enablement Lead to own the frameworks and governance for risk operations documentation and training. You will manage a vendor-based content team and drive adoption through clear standards, cadence, and enablement practices.

This role spans knowledge management and training, focusing on scalable, auditable frameworks and AI-enabled access to information forinternal teams and BPO partners.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in knowledge management, enablement/L&D, or training, with scaling experience.
• Experience in regulated environments or complex control settings.
• Hybrid knowledge-management and enablement skill set for systemic design and execution.
• Experience designing programs for BPO or outsourced teams with clear, accessible content.
• Leadership experience with vendor-delivered groups and cross-functional influence.
• Metrics-focused with ability to demonstrate program impact and adoption.
• Interest in applying AI to search, learning, and knowledge delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the knowledge framework and governance for risk-operations documentation and training.
• Define standards, templates, and conventions for policy and procedure content.
• Manage a governance layer: cadence, compliance, exceptions, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with internal and BPO enablement teams to set priorities and standards.
• Define enablement requirements that scale across risk programs without hierarchical enforcement.
• Architect training and certification systems for vendor delivery with milestone curricula.
• Instrument metrics to show improvements in productivity, coverage, and training impact.
• Enable cross-skilling across risk programs and staffing movements.
