Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and scaling knowledge-management and enablement functions.
• Experience in regulated environments such as financial services with strong governance.
• Ability to design systems that govern knowledge, training, and certification across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture for canonical risk-operations knowledge framework and versioning.
• Set standards for policy, procedure, and documentation across risk ops.
• Govern adoption, quality, audits, and review cadences of documentation.
• Directly manage a vendor-based content-writers team and set performance expectations.
• Define enablement requirements for teams without a direct reporting line and ensure adoptability.
• Architect training and certification programs for vendor delivery with milestone curricula.
